The Luna County Healthy Start Program strives to improve the health status of women and infants by providing access to:

• Services;
• Care Coordination; and
• Heath Education before, during and after pregnancy.

It is for pregnant women and infants up to age 2, regardless of residency or income status.

Eligibility includes: pregnant women, mothers with children under age two, fathers with children under age two, children from birth to age two.
